Youth Fundamental Academy
Making the Fundamentals FUN!
Explore and learn the Basketball Fundamental concepts of footwork, ball handling, shooting, defense, and much more. In addition, structured scrimmage play designed to assist with competitiveness. This is an Introduction/Beginner class to help players that are just learning organized basketball.
Open Runs
Work. Compete. Develop.
Structured competitive runs, combined with detailed skill work, mastering fundamental scoring techniques. Designed to improve in-game IQ, decision-making, and competitiveness.
Private Training
Designed for players looking to directly improve specific needs. One on one sessions allow a more personalized workout, with corrections and adjustments. Sessions are intentional and reserved for serious players seeking improvement.
Small Group Training Memberships
The objective is to put players in situations that closely mimic the game demands and challenges. Train those skills in the most realistic, competitive, and fun environment possible. This style of training is what leads to game transfer.

Jumpers Lab

ICONIC’s Jumpers Lab is for athletes that are trying to get bounce! Sessions consist of strength training exercises, plyometric drills, and practicing proper jumping technique to help increase vertical jump capabilities.
Speed & Agility Lab

Speed & Agility Lab is for athletes that are looking to improve their speed and agility to be ready to perform in their sports. This comprehensive speed and agility training focused on building an athlete’s quickness, speed, footwork, and agility.
